They are: 1 - The Welcome Series emails 2 - Post Purchase Engagement 3 - Event Triggered emails 4 - Shopping Cart Abandonment emails 5 - Re-engagement marketing 6 - Newsletter or monthly digest 7 - Testimonial email campaign The Welcome series: - These are the set of emails that you send when someone subscribes to your content. Most brands would send 1 email and then stop. But you have an opportunity to send 3, 4 or 5 emails to develop familiarity with the new subscriber. Post Purchase engagement: - When used well, post purchase email marketing campaigns can help develop rapport among the customer and incentivize them for their future purchases. But, don't start selling them more products right after they have made a purchase. Use this opportunity to share proper content with them, that help them engage better with your product or solves a problem for them. Event Triggered Emails: - When you use automated email marketing, you can have a user’s action trigger a series of emails that you know will be targeted and relevant to them. Use these to get the user thru different flow, depending on how they engaged with your website. Shopping cart abandonment: - if customers visit your checkout page but don't buy, you can use email re-targeting to bring them back to your site with a coupon or free shipping offers. Re-engagement marketing: - Let’s say a segment of your list hasn’t opened an email in at least 6 - 9 months. Your re-engagement campaign to either re-engage them OR remove them from your email list. Newsletter emails: - Use these to keep the customer aware of what is going on with your brand and keep them engaged. They are the core of any email marketing campaign. Testimonial emails: - Some of the best tools you have for getting more sales are your current happy customers. Now, the question is, are you even using them in your campaigns. Every fashion designer or fashion business should have at least these 7 email marketing campaigns running automatically at all times. So that you don't have to keep doing them manually and it keeps your customers engaged.

Lemon&Orange crated a virtual fitting room for Timberland where people could try out clothes from the newest collection without actually wearing them. Dorota Williams supported the action and gave some advice on fashion in Mokotow Gallery on 25th October 2014. The device followed the person’s movement and analyzed it in real-time thanks to Kinect technology. When a person got close to it, the app scanned the person’s face, took a picture and looked for a good model for it. On an 80-inch screen, using their gestures, they could freely change their outfits- jackets, jumpers, trousers and shoes. The person could go back to the previous outfit and make some changes anytime they wanted. At the end their new look was saved and sent by e-mail to the person who created it and also put in gallery on Timberland’s fan page. The outfit could have also been shared on Facebook following the link from the e-mail. A special app for iPad was enabled for customers visiting Timberland in Mokotow Gallery. Tablet version took a picture of the face and put it on a model. Later, by using touch screen, the person could have changed the clothes freely. Like before, the outfit was sent by e-mail and could have been shared on Facebook. A Facebook app is being created for those who could not use it in Mokotow Gallery. In a moment on Timberland’s fan page everyone will be able to create their own stylish outfits.

Eight out of ten shoppers decided against it! 24 April every year is Fashion Revolution Day which is held in memory of the 1,133 workers killed in 2013 when the Rana Plaza garment factory in Bangladesh collapsed. We need greater transparency in the fashion supply chain because we can't improve conditions or protect the environment without knowing where our clothes are made.
